How does Yes!™ by Finishing Touch work?

Can Yes! by Finishing Touch be used to remove hair anywhere?
Yes! is gentle enough to use anywhere, yet tough enough to remove even the coarsest hair. As with any device, take your time when using around your more sensitive curves and skin.

When should I replace the Sensa-Light Technology head?
If you notice that hair removal is no longer working effectively and your unit is fully charged, it may be time to replace the Sensa-Light head. Sensa-Light heads are designed to last up to one (1) year, depending upon the coverage area and frequency of your hair removal.

Yes! by Finishing Touch is not working. What could be the problem?
First, check the ON/OFF button on the Yes! unit. Make sure it is in the “ON” position and wait 5 seconds. Place the Sensa-Light head against your skin to activate the unit. If the unit doesn’t come on, plug in the unit’s Charging cord and try again. You can use Yes! while it’s charging. If the unit still doesn’t come on, replace the Sensa-Light Technology head and repeat the process. If the unit still doesn’t come on, please contact Customer Care.
